Wassim KHROUF
Wassim KHROUF is a member of the Tunisian Certified Public Accountants Board. He has more than 12 years of experience in the fields of auditing, accounting and finance and management consulting. He is also graduated in Trade Companies Law. He is currently partner at Auditing & Consulting Worldwide “ACW».
He participated and conducted several missions for international funding agencies including UNFPA, WB, KFW, AFD and Global Fund. These missions include audit, project appraisal, and project preparation. He worked on financial planning, financial analysis and tariff aspects. The projects are especially in the fields of health, agriculture, water and sanitation and environment.
He also conducted audit missions in various activity fields in compliance with IFAC standards. Assess evaluation of Internal Control Systems in the purpose of the financial audit or for specific assignment. Specific areas of experience are the petroleum sector and the financial entities.
He is also professional trainer and particularly in the field of international accounting standards IFRS in Tunisia and Algeria.He is, in collaboration of the Tunisian Industry Ministry, coaching new entrepreneurs.
He teaches “audit”, “audit in a computerized environment”, “internal control” and “accounting” in Tunisian university. He is currently teaching students at bachelor and master levels.

He is also professional trainer and particularly in the field of international accounting standards IFRS in Tunisia and Algeria.
He participated in, directed or supervised several projects for companies of different sizes operating in various sectors of activity (industrial, trade, services, real estate, air flight companies, tourism…), for public and private companies.He also participated and conducted several missions for international funding agencies.
Prepare financial statement according to the Tunisian standards (IFRS based standards) and periodic reporting statements as requested by borrowers and/or by Mother Company.
